Summary
A suspected Ars24 variant patient escapes Korea University Hospital. Feeling responsible, infectious disease professor Jeong Yoo-hyeon pursues the patient to Surak Village, Hwaseong City. At the village entrance, they encounter a towering, 2-meter-tall figure—larger than any man—with bloodied, torn clothes, holding animal remains. Though his face is aged, he seems far from ordinary.
